New Year, New Bridges, New Roads: PWD minister Ajanta Neog’s announcements in Bihpuria

“new year gifts” to his constituents. Borah, who was accompanying minister Neog, thanked her for visiting his constituency and announcing a slew of developmental measures. Here are some of the announcements:
1. A new PWD IB to be built at Narayanpur at an estimated cost of Rs 1 crore.
2. Five wooden bridges to be converted into concrete (RCC) bridges.
3. Bihpuria-Borbali road to be built at an estimated cost of Rs 2.6 crore.
4. The road leading to saint Sri Madhab Dev’s birth place to be repaired at an estimated cost of Rs 50 lakh.
5. A new bridge over Dihiri river at Rongoti to be built at an estimated cost of Rs 2.45 crore.
